differences between t9600 and t9900
hi everyone
Im about to get a configured sony vaio fw490. I'm wondering how noticeable the difference is between Intel® Core™ 2 Duo Processor T9600 (2.80GHz) and the T9900 3.06ghz.
I'll be using adobe cs a lot.
the price difference is 400$. Is it worth it?

No it's not worth it. I have a Core 2 Duo E6300 in my desktop PC, that's 2x 1.88GHz cores - and that runs just as smoothly as the 4x 2.66GHz processor I use at work. You're really not going to notice, for maybe $40 I'd do it, for $400 I'd tell them to go get f****d :o)
