1) A dedicated server(s)
2) A developement team conisiting of people being able to create or do: Music, Art, Concept, lawyers, Support staff, Developement Staff, Moderators & Publishers.
3) Understanding of C, C++,Ruby,Java,PHP,SQL(Database) or a team who know these things
4) Money, Allot of it
5) Time, A hell of allot of it.
6) 3dstudio max, rhino, photoshop, dreamweaver, etc
7) Custom Gaming Engine (banning system is related and same with the SQL(Database))
