Cooler.!

hey ,, my question is that should i need a cooler like Zalman cooler or is it ok with the normal cabinate fan.!

I am a gammer .! and normally my pc will be running all through nights 24/7 -- 365 days . like bit torrent and rapidshare downloads.!

So many of my friends told me that if ur using a system 365 days ur processor and motherboard will be dead ..or some other hardware component may be graphics card.!

i have 1 fan for smps (builtin) and a processor fan which is nornal ,,and 2 other fans for cooling which is with cabinate . and not a coller like zalman or other.!
