become a moderator?

Right now we don't really have that many moderators, we have Chris who owns the site and Kat who is his assistant (sorry Kat I dont know your official title) who helps out and we also have other mod(s) (Macbaby?). As a word of advice to become a moderator in chat rooms,forums ect. You could just be very active, help out, and prove your up to the task, or sometimes they ask for volunteers but DO NOT be obsessive about it. I was a forum Admin and a moderator in the past and at first it looks like a fun job but really its a lot of work searching through stuff,keeping things in place ect....so you have to have a lot of time on your hands and be up to the task, if you have any more questions just ask :)

Chris pays employees to do the job. He admittedly doesn't know how to program, so he hires people to help run his businesses.

Well I doubt he pays the moderators, maybe the admins, but who knows?!

um ok I don't believe that, he does know how to code and HTML and all that stuff. DUH yeah he might hire people for the company because he can not do it all himself!

Well this site has a tons of features ect and I doubt this is basic HTML and plus he has his business so I wouldn't be surprised if he pays people to maintain the site.

well did you know that this site he did not create by coding himself! He made it using a service called Ning! I created one myself! Stop Motion Pictures Fan Club even you can create one! But he pays Ning for the extra features like the geeks.pirillo.com domain and no ads on it and other features!

Usually you become a moderator to any forum by being responsible. Asking liek you are right now always looses you points and can often wreck your chances
