I am not fat but I am not fit. I have a BMI of very good and I get worn out after running for about 10 seconds lol. This could be due to the fact that I used to have a hole in my heart and I don't know if it is gone yet.

yeah i work out, weight training.
how often: 3 days of weight training then 2 recovery days.
do i have a 6 pack: hell no.
are you a fit geek: no but i work out so some day i hope to be.
I'm pretty fit from playing sports for a few years and working out and having to push myself around in my wheelchair. I used to lift weights every day but i've cut it down to like a few days a week now.

i used to work out alot more, now days i dont, i may every few weeks or so lol, i do not have a 6 pack, and im not really fit (anymore), ive decided to become a couch potato this year lol
