it would be a quicker exercise for you to list a typical example of what you eat in a day,and get people to highlight what you should really avoid and possibly offer replacements.try 5 or 6 smaller meals a day if possible,you should find that it takes less and less food to fill you after a period of time,which helps you find it easier to eat less or healthier.
I guess, in a nutshell, you just need to ensure that your calorie output is greater than your input & you'll start losing weight.
