Yeah... My dad's a geek, but I keep trying to get him to join this site, but he won't. Anyway, RAM is indeed easily upgraded. One could say, a baby could do it.

I wouldn't go that far but it is relatively simple.

Remember that some PC users have trouble simply turning off a laptop (if a Dell customer support call is to be believed).
