From your list, I'd have to go with German Shepard, easily, as that was my first ever pet.

Overall, I am more into Golden Retrievers and (since I have one currently), I'll say also the Bichon (see profile pic).

hmmmm....hard choice. I like a lot of the northern dogs. I love Huskies and Samoyeds. They're awesome dogs. Otherwise Irish wolfhounds are awesome too!
