COD 4 OS X - Anyone got it in Europe Yet?

Last night and today, after a lot of struggling and re-buying I managed to buy myself an electronic copy of Call of Duty 4 - Modern Warfare.

This may sound pretty easy, but I live in the UK. That means the download service was designed with the UK in mind!

I was wondering if anyone else in Europe has got the game, and how was your experience getting it? I wish it could be easier so we can get some more Mac gamers out there!
