Microsoft:

DOS

Windows 1( don't remember exact versiom

Windows 3.X (don't remember the exact version, maybe 3.11) (Not the worst)

Windows 95 (BAD)

Windows 98 SE (HORRIBLE)

Windows ME (REALLY, REALLY, REALLY, REALLY HORRIBLE)

Windows 2000 (Still my favourite of the Windows series)

Windows Server 2000 (GREAT!!!)

Windows XP (first edition, SP1, SP2, SP3) (not bad since SP2)

Windows Server 2003 (one of my favourite of the Windows series)

Windows Vista (first edition, SP1, SP2) (first edition was crap, SP1 was usable, SP2 is nice)

Windows Server 2008

Windows 7 (Pre-releases) (one of my favourite of the Windows series).

Linux:

Ubuntu 5.10 - 9.04 all versions (best linux distro yet)

Ubuntu server 32-bit 7.04; 7.10; 8.04; 8.10. (not the best server distro)

Xubuntu 7.10

Eee(xu)buntu 7.10

Kubuntu 9.04; 5.10; 6.06(or was it 6.10?) (9.04 was okay, older versions crap)

Fedora Core 4 (not bad, not good either)

Fedora 5, 8-11 (10-11 was great, before okay)

Suse 10 pre-release (don't know what the hell that OS was, didn't work well)

OpenSuse 11 (brilliant)

Debian's many different versions. On server. 3.X and 4.0 (great for server)

Linux Mint. (nice, but not the best)

Eee OS. (on a 701 4G surf)

Knoppix

Puppy Linux

Mac:

Mac OS X 10.1(PPC); 10.2(PPC); 10.4(Intel + PPC); 10.5(Intel); 10.6 pre-release (Intel) (up to 10.1-10.2 was bad, 10.4 was good on Intel, bad on PPC, 10.5 is BRILLIANT, 10.6 was okay, a bit better, yet buggier than 10.5, didn't use for that long)

Mac OS 7-9 (PPC) (horrible, just horrible)

BSD:
FreeBSD (never used for long, can't grade it)

All in all, a LOT. EDIT: 28 different OSs

It looks like I made some typos in the beginning of the post.

It should look like this:
"Windows 1 (I don't remember the exact version)"
