I"ve had a weight issue for many years, since shortly after my car accident in 1991. I have severe Degenerative Disc Disease in my lower back. It's nearly impossible for me to exercise in the traditional sense. I can walk, and that's about it. Add to that other health issues, and working on a computer all day... and you see where this is going.

Actually, if I'm busy on the computer, I won't get hungry at all. I sometimes go all day without eating and then just eat dinner (at like 1am).

I don't need to lose weight, but I'll say this: Don't rely on BMI or your weight. Look at your body fat percentage instead. BMI can be extremely inaccurate.

No matter what or hot much I eat, I don't gain any weight.
I can literally eat 4,000 calories a day and sit on by butt and stay 5'10" 140lbs

Well I'm 22 right now, so when I turn 30 I'll probably go depressed when I gain 200lbs
