I recently conducted a BMI test on a website and found out I am at 39BMI, and I have come to terms with myself that its time for change.. I made a support group "Geeks Weight Watchers". If you are over weight or you are healthy, join and support anyone who needs it... Any help is great...

I"ve had a weight issue for many years, since shortly after my car accident in 1991. I have severe Degenerative Disc Disease in my lower back. It's nearly impossible for me to exercise in the traditional sense. I can walk, and that's about it. Add to that other health issues, and working on a computer all day... and you see where this is going.
I don't need to lose weight, but I'll say this: Don't rely on BMI or your weight. Look at your body fat percentage instead. BMI can be extremely inaccurate.
