Yeah, that would be awesome. I know, what about the basic Windows Vista idea but with a Unix command structure that didn't crash so much, that would rock! It's not going to happen though.
I think he means being able to play DVD's from square one instead of requiring 3rd party support. It wasn't such a smart idea in XP as it could potentially be a security risk. They could have at least offered a free plug in to allow the ability if the anti-trust folk got pissy lol.
I heard they were reworking User Account Control so that it doesn't bug the user when he or she installs a program, just when an executable starts by itself.

I think they should make a basic version (for all the regular users like myself), and a server or a "premium" version for people that have way too much money to spend. :-)
