Enterprise - I never really liked this but the actor is Scott Bakula from Quantum Leap :)

I think my favourite has to be Janeway. Voyager was the only series I ever really watched. Piccard comes second :)

It's a tie for my favorite between Kirk and Sisco.
Kirk because the original series was the first one started watching and he was the standard / yard stick / measure / template for all of the other captains to come; I don't remember it from the 1960's, but I caught it in the early 1970's.
Sisco because he was a front line commander and fighter in a darker setting that was constantly changing, instead of being insanely politically correct to the point where you can't tell the difference between political correctness and the prime directive.
