Hehe...I love Alex Jones.

Internet 2 looks interesting; but i doubt it will replace the current accessable web-content that ISP's provide.

Interesting... although I live in the UK and could visit every one of those sites he claimed were censored. Maybe it's because I'm on Tiscali and not BT or Virgin. I remember a few years ago Tiscali used to block US .mil websites lol. Can't think why.

I'm on one of the carriers mentioned by Alex Jones and had no trouble accessing any of the sites he mentioned.

Internet2 is a research network used to create and test new networking technologies and concepts. It is run by universities in conjunction with a corporations and government agencies. More can be found about it on their home page at http://www.internet2.edu/about.
