I just don't sleep enough, *sigh* probably about 5-7 (moreso 5) hours, and that's before being here in Geeks!, funny for the fact that this time span hasn't really changed. Coming off from a per-diem overnight shift (and will return) and self-induced general insomnia doesn't really help either . . gah.
I get maybe 3-5 hours at night. Then I get the kids on the bus, and go back for another few. I work night shift, so this is usual for me when I'm not working. When I am working, I just get about 5 a day with an occasional sleep fest of 8 or 9 here and there.
i'll go a few weeks without being able to sleep more than 3 hours a night. wide awake and busy doing things. then there'll be a cycle where i sleep about 8-9 hours a night. can't get enough.
it would be nice to have my sleep patters even out.
i have night terrors which may have something to do with it. i blame them more than geeks.

Well, I've usually been getting between 5 and 6 hours of sleep. Though, not all of it's because of Geek here. It's chatting, web browsing and playing WoW......sucks up all my time! I wish there was more time in the day sometimes... Oh well. Back to WoW until Chris is up and awake, perhaps to watch more of his live vid feeds.
I catch about 6-7, and function perfectly. Any less and I'm tired. I actually feel SLEEPIER if I get 10 or more hours of sleep. At Cornell they told me that "creative minds need 9.25 hrs a night." haha if only their coursework reflected that statement!
