Mixed feelings about Dreamhost. I like the fact that they have built-in Subversion support but they don't have regular customer service. You can't call them at all and you have to pay for "priority service by email". They also have downtime more frequently than I'd like. But they are feature-rich and cheap, so tough call (other than when the chips are down, you get what you pay for).
If you use GoDaddy's Windows hosting and need SQL Server, beware that you do NOT have access to your DB with Enterprise Manager tools... you have to use their web interface which can be quite tedious and also prevents you from making your own backups (and also locks you in since you can't move your database anywhere else without making a backup!).
If you need Windows hosting, CrystalTech.com is a good choice. Been with them for like 7 years now. They usually have good tech-support when you need it and haven't had problems with uptime either.
I'm on Godaddy Virtual Dedicated right now, and I'm defenatly moving on to Server Beach soon. Most of the above sites don't really offer what I want. You gotta into detail for what you need to run.

My friend hosts my site off of her paid Dream Host account so I get to have my own subdomain and use part of her space. It's a great host and I never had any server problems before or anything like I've had before.
