Yeah, those Toshiba's are like Today's ThinkPads. I have one of the old Satellite Pro's somewhere. It still works.

vista's default UI font it segoe UI and windows 3.1's default is System if thats what you were talking about

He means the interface they use for installing the fonts. It's the same in 3.11 as Vista, in other words, Microsoft haven't bothered updating it to make it more useful.
